Sydnie R. Bland is a dynamic educator, counselor and creative with over twelve years of experience in K-12 Public Education. Her eclectic background includes roles as a teacher, family-community advocate, district administrator, musical artist, executive director and producer, strategist, consultant and life coach, making her a respected social impact leader in metropolitan Detroit.
As a multihyphenate, Sydnie combines her expertise in strategic planning, mental health, education, program development, storytelling, video production, event curation and community engagement, advocacy and relations, to provide transformational experiences and services for underserved, marginalized and vulnerable populations. Fueled by servant leadership and a passion for change, she strives to create inclusive, equitable spaces, opportunities and resources for the whole individual, with a special focus on women, children and BIPOC communities.
In addition to her impactful work, Sydnie is the founder and CEO of WELL Woman- a holistic women's support service agency dedicated to meeting the needs and interests of the "whole woman". As the lead coach, consultant and strategist, she remains steadfast in advancing the organization's mission to uplifting intergenerational women and strengthening the foundation of women's holistic care, nurturing the next generation of female cycle breakers and trailblazers.
Sydnie has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with special studies in Music: Vocal Performance from Clark Atlanta University, post-graduate work in Education from Marygrove College, and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. She is a limited licensed professional counselor in the State of Michigan (LLPC), and holds certifications in crisis intervention and recovery, suicide prevention for children and teens, community organizing and parent-family life skills training. Her impactful work has garnered recognition on prominent platforms, including Detroit Public Schools Community District and United Way of Southeastern Michigan. Sydnie currently resides in Detroit, Michigan, where she continues to make a profound difference in the lives of those she serves.
Jasmine Stallion is a versatile communications professional and creative based in metropolitan Detroit. Hailing from the city itself, Jasmine's upbringing in diverse communities rich in culture, history, and the arts shaped her into a music enthusiast and natural storyteller.
Armed with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Wayne State University, Jasmine seamlessly combines her creative talents to lead initiatives and projects across the realms of music, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Her accomplishments include spearheading marketing and branding development for Mosaic Youth Theater of Detroit, managing projects and events for Detroit Collective Family, LLC, and driving outreach and communications initiatives for WELL Woman L3C, among others. Notably, she collaborated with the National Guard and The Council of Baptist Pastors of Detroit and Vicinity on the "Take the Shot" campaign, orchestrating COVID-19 vaccination clinics in partnership with over 50 local churches.
Jasmine is passionate about ministry, serving others and empowering individuals to embrace their unique narratives. Thus, she employs innovative and imaginative approaches to amplify individual and collective voices, connecting them with broader, universal audiences. With a decade of experience in business administration, project management, event coordination, and public relations, she effortlessly blends professionalism with creativity, transforming visions into reality and transforming thoughts into compelling stories. By striking the perfect balance between creativity and logic, she firmly believes that anything is possible.
Jasmine currently holds the role of business administrator at a local art gallery while also serving as a public relations consultant. She is married to Anthony Stallion, a Detroit gospel artist and songwriter.
Pricing may vary; Our coaches and consultants usually charge per hour whereas other services have daily, weekly, monthly or custom packaging options. All discovery sessions are free of charge. Yes- we offer both in-person and virtual services to best accommodate the schedules of our clients. At this time, majority of our network consultants are Michigan-based. Clients residing out-of-state may only qualify for virtual support (corporate or public speaking requests are the only exception for in-person services).
While our programming primarily focuses on women ages 19-65, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and empowering environment for anyone accessing our services. It's like a hybrid entity that prioritizes social and environmental goals, while still being able to generate revenue and make a positive impact on the community through its operations.
